The Wright Company has carried out a number of plumbing and heating design and heating installs for domestic clients across South London from Richmond to Abbey Wood, North Kent, North Surrey, South Essex and across the river into North London.
The Wright Company carried out major plumbing works on behalf of Matchin Green the Development Company overseeing Offley Works in Lambeth, which was showcased by New London Architecture at the Building Centre in London as an exemplary urban design project 2007. The project spend for the development was £6.4 million, out of this value the London Development Agency (LDA) provided £3 million in total funding to acquire the freehold property from the London Borough of Lambeth. Following Offley Works, Lawrence was contracted by Matchin Green to install toilet and kitchenettes in Spa Terminus in Bermondsey famous for its Bermondsey Beer Mile. The project spend for Dockley Road and Spa Terminus was £30million. The Wright Company has subsequently carried out plumbing works for the various companies operating at Spa Terminus such as The London Honey Company, who have received the Royal Warrant from His Majesty King Charles III, we are very proud that our hot water installations are part of this story. The Wright Company was a Local Heroes contractor, part of British Gas and has fixed various issues in domestic houses. The Wright Company has been contracted by managers on behalf of insurance companies such as RPL "Lawrence, plumbers keep turning up, looking at the site, walking straight back out, can you please help us" - I did, I re plumbed the whole site. The Wright Company has conducted consultancy work on behalf of managers on behalf of insurance companies.
The Wright Company plumbed a 6 bed HMO with ensuites to every room, and commercial unit below on the South Coast following a major fire on behalf of a Property Developer. The project spend was £490,000.
